Rebet — Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by rebet through our website or app, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and rebet. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
The rebet platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are using the platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes.
Account Creation & User Security
Each user is permitted to register one (1) account only on the rebet platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. rebet reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a national ID or proof of address where necessary.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team. rebet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account secure.
Never share your login credentials with anyone. rebet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone.
Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users of the rebet platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable regulations.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from rebet.
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Abusing the bonus, promotion, or offer system in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, account hacking, or money laundering activities.
Rebet reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances linked to fraudulent activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the rebet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including online bank transfers (FPX), local e-wallets, and other methods currently listed in the deposit section of your account.
Deposits are credited to your account upon successful payment verification. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used and may take anywhere from a few minutes to one business day in certain cases.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been verified under the same name as your rebet account. rebet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds. Withdrawal processing times are between one and three business days.
Rebet will not be liable for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment service provider during the deposit or withdrawal process.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Rebet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, service interruptions, or betting outcomes. rebet's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Rebet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform. Suspended accounts will be unable to access services until the investigation is concluded. For accounts closed due to fraud, any associated balance may be withheld as a precautionary measure.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
All content, designs, logos, graphics, software, and other materials available on the rebet platform are the exclusive property of rebet or our respective licensors. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from rebet.
The rebet platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. rebet does not control the content of those third-party sites and makes no representations regarding their accuracy. Access to any third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Rebet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users who continue to use the platform after such amendments are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the rebet platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
